Terms of Use
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain access through that date. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Coach Jeff is a personal support tool built for adult military veterans. It is not a licensed medical or mental health service and is not a substitute for professional care — including therapy, psychiatry, or crisis intervention.
If you are in crisis, do not wait. Call or text 988 (Veterans Crisis Line — press 1), or call 911. Coach Jeff also has a direct 988 connection built into the app.
By using Coach Jeff, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the app to harm yourself or others, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service in any way.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others. Coach Jeff is a one-account-per-user service — the conversations, memory, and context belong to you and are not designed to be shared.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to misuse the platform. If your account is suspended for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund of any remaining subscription period.
All content within Coach Jeff — including the AI persona, voice, name, branding, design, copy, and underlying technology — is the exclusive property of MyBFFCoach, LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any part of the service.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of Coach Jeff without prior written permission from MyBFFCoach, LLC.
Coach Jeff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MyBFFCoach, LLC does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyBFFCoach, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the app. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the app or via email.
Your continued use of Coach Jeff after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, discontinue use of the app and cancel your subscription.
